Your actual time with Santa will be 5-7 minutes, depending on how many children are talking to Santa. The total duration of your visit will be 10-12 minutes.
After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link for your session. Ten minutes before your scheduled session time, simply click the link to join. You will be placed into a virtual waiting room until it is your turn, and Santa's Helpers will admit you to the session when it's time. Yes, you will need internet access and a computer. For best results please make sure you have a high-speed broadband connection. If you have used Zoom, our platform is similar and should provide a clear image. You may use your tablet or a mobile device, however a computer is the best way to visit Santa. Please use your phone as a last resort.
No, your visit will take place in our virtual broadcast studio. You will receive a link that will take you directly to the “North Pole”.
All calls are scheduled in Pacific Standard time.
You may invite other family members such as grandparents, uncles and aunts to join in the fun. Your visit includes up to three children. You may invite up to 4 additional households with your original visit, but Santa will only be able to talk with the (3) children on the registration form. If you have more than (3) children, we recommend that you book an adjacent appointment for $15.95
Yes, if you choose to share information on the booking form that Santa can refer to during your visit. If you missed the original form, here is a link to add customization for your child.

Please make sure that you are seated in a brightly lit room. Try a light directly behind or to the side of you to avoid shadows. Please avoid windows behind you. If you need additional light, make sure it is in front of you.
Yes, you may order our complete BSJ package which includes a video of your live chat with Santa, and shareable screenshot pictures and your North Pole Passport Stamp.
Yes, just return to the website and place an order for the additional items that you would like to purchase.
If something comes up and you need to reschedule, please contact help@blacksantajingle.com and we will do our best to reserve another time for you. However, if Santa’s schedule is full, we can make arrangements for him to send a personalized recorded message to your children or refund your money if you prefer.
Unfortunately, Santa's schedule is very busy. If you miss your appointment, you will need to purchase and schedule a new session with Santa. Refunds for missed appointments will not be provided.
